IRED School of Health Sciences held its White Coat Ceremony for the 2026–27 batch of B.Sc AHS and M.PA students on 16 September 2026 at the Andromeda Lecture Theatre, Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science, Padur.

The occasion was graced by Chief Guest Dr. Smyrna G, Medical Administrator, Kauvery Hospital, Radial Road, Chennai, and presided over by Dr. Anand Jacob Verghese, Chancellor, and Dr. Ashok George Verghese, Pro Chancellor. Dr. B.I. Jaffrey, Chairman, and Dr. Prashanth Rajendran, Medical Director, IRED Hospital, joined the occasion.

The ceremony marked the beginning of the students’ healthcare journey, symbolising their commitment to compassion, professionalism and ethical patient care.
